Holiday Operating Hours 2024

Merry Christmas and happy holidays to you.

Here’s all you need to know about customer service hours over our New Zealand summer break.

Our Head Office is closed, and website customer service will be out of the office, from Friday 20 December until Monday 6 January for our summer holidays. You can email us here with any questions or queries, please be aware that there may be a delay in our response.

For anything urgent, office phone lines will be open 27, 30 and 31 December and 3 January 2025, 8am – 5pm NZST, and can be reached on +64 9 249 0100.
